I ship the systems I design.
Head of AI at Crème de la Crème, one of France's largest freelance marketplaces (50,000+ talents). I spent twelve years in front of clients before writing code was part of my job. A full-stack bootcamp in 2019, taken alongside consulting, is where that changed, and I have been building the systems myself ever since. Depending on the company, this work goes by forward-deployed engineering, applied AI, or solutions architecture.
How the path actually went
Client-facing from the first day, with the technical spine added in the middle rather than instead of it.
2012 – 2014
First roles, client side
A marketing internship in the San Francisco Bay Area, then a first consulting role at DISAPI: an international Oracle CRM rollout, training administrators in India and users across four European countries. Sitting in front of a client from the start.
2015 – 2016
CRM integration consulting
Salesforce, at CGI. Learning that the hard part of a system is rarely the system.
2016 – 2021
Senior Consultant, then Product Owner
Client accounts carried in parallel at Twelve Consulting, and Product Owner of a Salesforce pricing engine.
2019
Le Wagon, alongside the job
A full-stack web bootcamp taken while consulting, then teaching assistant. This is where writing code stopped being someone else's department.
2021 – 2024
Co-built an AI practice from scratch
Offering design, technical discovery with client executives, and GenAI proofs of concept taken into production pipelines at Bpifrance and others.

Atomly AI
My own company. Custom agents, internal prototypes, and 1,000+ professionals trained in applied GenAI at Chanel, Stellantis, Bouygues Telecom, Rakuten, Generali and others.
2025 – today
Head of AI, and building it myself
Technical owner of an AI portfolio at a large freelance marketplace. Six systems designed, coded and shipped, with evals, authorization and adoption treated as the heart of the work.
What I bring
I would rather ship a system whose failure modes I can name
Rather than one that only demos well. So I write down what I expect before I test it, I measure against the system already in production rather than against an impression, and I decide what an agent is not allowed to do while designing it, not after.
A system nobody adopts is a system that does not exist
Twelve years of client-facing work taught me the hard part is not shipping; it is making it stick after go-live. I scope with leadership teams, decide what is worth building, and retire what stops earning its place.
A delay you can recover from. A back door you cannot.
When a deadline pushes you to work around your own security, the security wins. On the MCP server, a missing access blocked the rollout. I wrote a script that goes through the real authorization loop instead of adding a bypass to the server. It cost two days, and it is why the permissions still mean something.
